DO NOT RENT LIST RECPIENT

This joke of a company, unbeknownst to me, put me on a "do not rent" list for reasons that are totally FALSE and I was not able to rent a car I had reserved for a week that I had several interviews, now leaving me without a way to get there and losing out of work opportunities. Now these rental companies have the ability to literally destroy your life and deny you the ability to rent a vehicle you desperately need short term. I had NO other options for transportation where I live. Absolutely despicable.

Best service ever

I brought my vehicle in to a TD Auto Insurance Repair place in Edmonton and my first experience with Enterprise turned me off renting a car at all. But last night, Manjib brought about a 180. He was patient, kind, compassionate, considerate. He was so wonderful that every time I rent a vehicle, I want to find where he is working and go there.

We rented a car from JFK airport

We rented a car from JFK airport, New York. It was the best experience of hiring a car yet. Elisa was fab the whole process was quick, simple with no hidden extra or miles to collect the car. All done super well and super quick.

I was visiting Houston Texas and I had an issue with my flight where I had to leave a day later. I was really frustrated with the situation but Tyra and Destiny at the George Bush IAH location made my reservation go smoothly. I really appreciated how they were dedicated to helping me. Great customer service!

Enterprise near Stanstead Great service.

We hired a seven seater Ford galaxy through call centre. We told that we are 6 adults and 5+2 is not suitable. The call centre (from Greece Athens) noted it down and said it would be a seven seater. We were not happy with 5+2 Ford Galaxy waiting for us. The Enterprise manager Harry Gordon was responsive and brilliant. He made a available a 9 seater Ford Tourer, ready for us in half an hour.

Enterprise Chopin International Airport

Mr. Gierczycki and his staff should be commended on their excellent customer service. They made my first stay in Poland much easier by helping me deal with administrative issues with my Intermational driver permit. Also special thanks to Patryk Galas and Dominica - both exude professionalism and great customer service under demanding circumstances. I will continue to use Enterprise because of the people.

Matter of factly cancelled reservation 1 hour before pick up

Matter of factly cancelled reservation 1 hour before pick up. No gesture toward competent customer service. Foundation of their business should be that customers can entrust them with honoring their reservation. When that trust is betrayed with an attitude of corporate impunity rather than an effort to ensure customer satisfaction, that's a failure.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

A:

Customer support was very friendly and actually felt as if they cared about my situation. They send their report to upper management and say you will receive a call back the next day and be refunded. Its been 2 weeks already with multiple new complaints and still nothing.

It's easy to speak to someone but they can't do anything for you and you never get a call from someone to get a refund!

Almost impossible. When they do answer its attitude and double talk. They tell you one price and then up it for no reason. Very poor hiring practices.
